Preschool

We introduce students to their first learning environment through structured lessons and playtime. Socialization skills are also introduced which is a building block for future success.

Primary School (K-2 Grade)

Our main focus is to provide the building blocks needed to instill confidence in our students so that they can become problem solvers, independent thinkers, and life-long learners. In small class environments, we provide a curriculum crafted to prepare our students for the next steps for success. Classes include Math, Language Arts, Science, Sign Language, Reading, and Social Studies. Students of all faiths participate in daily prayer and religion classes that teach the Catholic faith and have opportunities for worship at weekly prayer service.

Lower School (3-5 Grade)

Our main objective is to continue to provide the building blocks needed to create a solid foundation to insure our students become critical thinkers, problem solvers, and independent thinkers. In small class environments, we encourage students to take ownership of their education, spiritual development, and independence. Classes include Math, Language Arts, Science, Sign Language, Reading, and Social Studies. Students of all faiths participate in daily prayer and religion classes that teach the Catholic faith and have opportunities for worship at weekly prayer service. They are also able to take the proper classes needed to prepare for First Communion

and Reconciliation.

Junior High (6-8 Grade)

In the last few years at Children of Peace, we begin to prepare them for their education beyond elementary school by providing building blocks to help with their organizations skills and time management. Through departmentalized instruction, our students start preparing for high school  starting at 6th grade. They also have access to the Science Lab donated by Rush Medical Center to further their science skills. In small class environments, we encourage students to not only take ownership of their education but to also further their bond with their classmates through a yearly retreat. Building these connections early in life with help them learn how to create professional connections later on in life. Students of all faiths participate in daily prayer and religion classes that teach the Catholic faith and have opportunities for worship at weekly prayer service. They are also able to take the proper classes needed to prepare for Confirmation.
